"In a great area - close to restaurants and has a bus stop right next to parking lot to get to slopes. Hot tub was in good condition and easy to walk to. Yes its a bit dated but beds were pretty comfy and had everything we needed for a great weekend skiing. The only thing is that the digital checkout instructions are different than the physical printed ones on site, which is confusing. "My 2 adult sons joined-in for a celebratory ski trip. The location was ideal; a quick 10 min walk to lifts, lots of restaurants & bars also within walking distance. "We loved everything about our extended stay at Karl and Lisa's place. The location right on the river was heaven, access to the Yampa Core Trail less than 30 seconds away, 8 minute bike ride to downtown to experience the local restaurants and music scene was outstanding, and so much more! "Amenities at Scandinavian are great for after skiing with heated pool and tub. It's a quiet place with simple access to thunderbird lift so you can avoid the crowds. This unit has the best fold out couch bed I've ever had. "

"This condo was very convenient, right next to a shuttle bus stop to the mountain and right next to the market. The apartment was very clean and just as pictured. The bed was very comfortable. And the service was excellent. We had a minor plumbing problem and the management team was very promptly responsive. All of that and relative to Steamboat prices, it was reasonably priced."

"Solid spot with great amenities adjacent to the property as well as a gondola straight to the base area."

"An overall wonderful week in this well-equipped property within a short walk to the lifts and gondolas. Our small group enjoys the space to relax, cook a nice meal and share the stories of the ski day, and the living space here was perfect for that. Bedrooms on the bottom floor means the living space was all open for exactly that, and the location puts it close to bus lines which we also used extensively. "

"We loved staying here, it had everything we needed to stay as a family. Washer, dryer, kitchen, patio, the beds are very comfortable, game room was fun, hot tubs and pools were so great, it was quiet and steamboat is gorgeous in May OMG!!. The gourmet spice packets in the kitchen were a nice surprise, I totally forgot spices! We will be back. "

"I’ve stayed at this property a few times now and in different types of rooms, and I absolutely love it! The location is unbeatable: just minutes from town, great restaurants, and the river. Every room has beautiful mountain views, and the entire place is both family- and dog-friendly, which is a huge plus. The rooms are well-equipped, and the kitchens have everything you might need. The front desk and all the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. (They made a beautiful B-day Surprise for my Auntie!) I’d definitely recommend it—and I can’t wait to come back!"
