"Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was great, close to wharf and downtown. Very good value with lots of options around for coffee, lunch or dinner."

"Very kind and helpful staff. The room was nice, and the breakfast was fantastic with many options"

"It was an amazing stay with great balcony view heaps of parking spots and clean rooms"

"Shower had excellent pressure, but the room was very cold, blinds do not block out the light, and the building wasn't in the best repair."

"Accommodation very central to downtown Auckland. Kept awake by loud voices (party time) until 3.00am, then woken at 6.45 by a residents dog howling. Maybe stay again due to it’s location but would need a room away from what appear to be ‘residents’."

"Phenomenal staff. Room was great and the hotel is in a perfect location."

"Brilliant stay, the room was fantastic. Clean and new feel to it"

"Great room decor"

"Great location overall, very comfortable. Staff was excellent. Didnt care much for parking situation as had to park away from location and parking garage was very tight. I'd try street parking next time. Overall though, would definitely stay there again."

"Excellent hotel with family owner values and attention to detail and design! Excellent location"

"Great hotel, good location and excellent facilities....would recommend"

"Our hot water was scalding and dangerously hot, despite my expressed concerns. (Another guest needed it so hot? [so they said].) The shower was small. And for the noise sensitive, the atrium crowd’s cheers penetrated our room until 2AM, as did those walking above us. It was worthy of 4 stars though for the well designed and appointed large rooms. The breakfast buffet was good but not the best."
