"Phenomenal staff. Room was great and the hotel is in a perfect location."

"Great location overall, very comfortable. Staff was excellent. Didnt care much for parking situation as had to park away from location and parking garage was very tight. I'd try street parking next time. Overall though, would definitely stay there again."

"This property is in an excellent location in the CBD, close to many restaurants, pubs, ferries and shopping. The hotel rooms are very spacious, quiet, comfy bed, and clean. This hotel is great value and totally walkable to many sights including Sky Tower. Highly recommend."

"The unit was well appointed and the location was fantastic. Great value!"

"The property is conveniently located for Parnell Road and Station, it’s only a 1.5km walk to Britomart. My room was clean, quiet and warm. For the price point I have no complaints."

"A perfect location for our visit. Easy for family to call and collect us and easy walk access to a grest café restaurant and bars."

"Boarded cruise ship next morning docked right next door.! So convenient!!"

"Personnel agréable. Checkin rapide. Menage correct hôtel très bien situé près des transports en commun et des commerces. "

"Hotel is located conveniently in the center of everything yet the room was very quiet day and night. The staff was so friendly and helpful."

"The only big problem for me was that the smell in the room was WAY to strong I felt a little sick when I woke up but other then that it was really good"

"The hotel and facilities were great. Our room however, was right by the main road and little sleep was had sadly with the cars racing, rubbish truck early hours. Not a restful sleep at all. We had three bedrooms in our unit and unfortunately all had the same issue"
