"Our room was spotless and big. There was a refrigerator that was cold and quiet; the AC and the shower worked well. If you walk out through the back, you can be, on foot, at the harbor in 4 minutes. What is there not to like? We have stayed in many places in Oceanside, and this place has by far the best price/value ratio. "

"The breakfast was very good. There were no towels in the pool area. We tried to buy snacks and HAD to use the self checkout. It wouldn't work half the time and the front desk guy wouldn't help. I wanted to give up!! The charging station in the room was broken... and the hair conditioner container was broken off the wall and it was empty."

"This place is immaculate. The staff is friendly, and professional, and on point. The rooms you can clearly tell our newly renovated and not cheaply either. The beds are excellent. And the property is very clean. The location is right downtown Oceanside in very close proximity to the pier, the harbor, the beaches, and entertainment, and food all within walking distance."

"My daughter and I stayed for a weekend of soccer. The place was exactly what we needed. It was our own space. Kitchen was stocked well. My kiddo was excited to have some quick snacks in the pantry. I was grateful for the washer and dryer in-between games. It was a quick stay for us so the luggage racks were helpful vs. unpacking. I didn't know how to use the a/c but the owner was nice enough to walk me through it. Parking was right outside the gate. We had everything we needed. Location was perfect for us. 10min drive to the fields and 12mins to the beach. We are planning on coming next year for soccer again. This studio will be saved as a favorite for us. "
