"It was a good price and mostly clean, though my first room had a funky mildew smell and a dead cockroach in it. But the downtown Oceanside area is notorious for roaches. The woman running the front desk was pleasant and changed my room for me because of the smell. Great location. In good shape (maintenance wise, paint, furniture condition, etc.). Bed was comfortable.
