"Beds and bath were clean and sheets fresh. Room did smell like mildew, think it just being An older hotel, and not good circulation in bath, no visible mildew present though. Solid 2.5/3 star hotel, I would return for the low price I paid. Breakfast was good, but the poor worker couldn’t keep up with how fast customers were eating/using utensils. So we had to wait for refills on forks, sausage, and long line to use the one waffle maker, it was 8:45am, so close to breakfast ending at 9:30, maybe it’s less busy earlier. Good value for the price."

"This place is immaculate. The staff is friendly, and professional, and on point. The rooms you can clearly tell our newly renovated and not cheaply either. The beds are excellent. And the property is very clean. The location is right downtown Oceanside in very close proximity to the pier, the harbor, the beaches, and entertainment, and food all within walking distance."

"The one disappointment was not having an ocean view room. We were told owners have priority to get those rooms, but if requested ahead of time if available, we could get one . However, we could still hear the ocean. "

"The room had nasty smell to it, the tea didn’t work, I had to go out to come and look at the TV four times before you actually came and then they told me they forgot and then there was nothing to do about it the shower had cracks in the walls that were moldy and the lighting of the shower the pillows had stains on them and they said not leave any makeup on the towels or mess them up in anyway or we wouldn’t get our deposit it didn’t feel safe and it smells like ass "
