Staff asked for a $200 cash deposit upon check in. Thought that was strange as most hotels will let you put the deposit on a credit card. Anyways, I didn’t have any cash and the atm was out of service but they let me check in regardless. The room was clean and I have no complaints about my stay here.

Walked in to check in at the lobby to an angry clerk who was slamming things around and visibly upset about something that happened prior to our arrival. She was Extremely unfriendly and rude. That was the worst experience I’ve ever had at check in anywhere ever. Other than that the room had good amenities and was clean. It is not very close to the beach and pier, but it worked for our needs.

We're a family of five (two adults and three kids) and stayed for one night. Overall, our stay was fine! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The hotel was clean, although there was a noticeable cigarette smell in the hallways and a slight smell in our room. It wasn't unbearable, just something we noticed. The hotel itself is a bit outdated and shows some wear and tear, especially in the bathroom. It could definitely benefit from some renovations. On the plus side, the beds and pillows were comfortable, we appreciated having a refrigerator and microwave in the room, and the kids enjoyed being able to watch Netflix. All in all, it wasn't a bad stay! We appreciated the free parking. Huge plus. The biggest downsides were the cigarette smell and the overall condition of the hotel. With a few updates, it could be a much better experience, especially since the staff was so welcoming!

I reserved a king size room. The property has a very nice exterior with a large parking area behind the building. The reception desk and elevator looked very dated and rather shabby. It made me wary of what the room would be like. I was pleasantly surprised to find a very nice room that included a large countertop with sink, microwave and small fridge. The bed was very comfortable. Also, the staff was welcoming and very helpful. Another plus is that there is an In and Out Burger restaurant three doors down across the street.

Room was good. Hotel was in a good area with places to eat nearby walking distance. Good price. No need to pay for parking. Shower pressure was horrible but other than that, good place!
