"Parking was very tight, even though there are no smoking signs posted throughout the entire building our room reeked like cigarette smoke and the hallways smelled very strongly of marijuana. Our room was on the 2nd floor and there were no elevators which made it very difficult to get our things to our room. When checking out there was no one at the desk and after ringing the bell several times someone finally came around the corner and was not very friendly. "

"Room 328 - One of the black out shades did not close all the way. Therefore, light came in at sunrise. Also, the outlet in the bathroom is not usable. The lighted mirror installed blocks the space for the plastic around the prongs of the plug. The lighting in the bathroom was awful. The noise from the busy street was loud - we asked for a room on the backside of the hotel, but the staff member brought us to a new room that was still facing Northern Blvd, so she did not know the bldg layout. When we came back one night and the lobby and elevator reeked of weed. All in all, no interest in returning to this hotel."

"Communication with the owner throughout the booking process, check-in, and during the stay was exceptional. Meeting the host upon arrival was appreciated for walking through the details. All amenities provided were very thoughtful and I loved that we had a linen closet with plenty of towels for 7 people! The location, size, and comfort did not disappoint and provided a nice opportunity for a family get-together and casual community breakfast cooking."

"We had another great stay. This was our second time renting and everything was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dogs, and the walk to the train made getting into the city very easy. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this cozy place."
