Best fish & chips for a long time, fish so fresh. The Server was quick and friendly, place quite busy, but he never stopped. Excellent, think he was called Sam? (Ate at 7pm 17/6). We like your (road) cobbles."

"Exceptional beautiful room, so spacious decorated to perfection. Wonderful large bathroom with extra large bath tube. Breakfast was the most delish we have had in the UK. Location in walking distance of all shops and the Kelso Abbey just across the road. Exceptional stay. "
