"The property was okay, it is an older motel and dated, but was clean. I don't know if something was going on that weekend in Montrose, but we paid over $180 for one night in a room that should have been $100 per night. The manager there in the morning was wonderful, due to COVID they could not open the breakfast area until 7 am but I needed coffee at 6:30 and he was happy to oblige, I was thankful for that :) If the price was more in line with the property, I would rate it higher."

"The house is brand new, very clean, very comfortable with great accommodations and obviously well thought out. Communicating with the property manager was easy and timely. This listing is truly a home away from home and we will definitely try to stay here next time we are in town. The setting is incredible!
