"The hotel was clean, but it does need renovated. Everything worked, however, and the staff was fantastic. Breakfast was basic but good. The location was great. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. The room had a huge TV, which was much larger than most hotel rooms, so that was nice. I would stay there again. The price was $125 a night. I think it probably should have been about $90, considering the need for an update. Overall, it was good and I think other hotels in Montrose were much more expensive."

"Very clean room, friendly staff, etc. This room was substantially less expensive than other options when we were travelling. There are some items that are commensurate with the great pricing but nothing that would be considered an issue. One of the cleanest rooms we've stayed in and that includes much more pricy hotels. Beds were comfortable and the room was a good size. Definitely would stay again. Thanks!"
