Staff were very helpful, nice and welcoming, very friendly too :) breakfast was minimal but helpful to start the day, coffee, hot water and tea, some snacks available all day We had no problem parking at the hotel front parking lots everyday, the city is honestly beautiful

Great property, perfect location in Ouray. Staff were so welcoming and helpful. We are a family of three on a road trip from Dallas to Seattle. Stayed 2 nights in Rm #8 - best room in the hotel - and we were very comfortable. We will be back!

We had a great stay! The location was perfect, and the hotel had thoughtful touches we appreciated - like towels to bring to the hot springs, serenity hours, and granola for breakfast yogurt! We'd stay there again :)

Overall q quaint little boutique hotel in downtown Ouay. Great condition for a hotel over 100 years old. The continental breakfast was a nice addition. Pretty sleepy town that basically shuts down at 7:00 PM in September so that was a surprise. No real place to hang out other than in the room which was tiny. Overall pretty clean except for the shower / mold that needed attention. I pointed it out to the staff and that were shocked but planned to address once we left.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location in Ouray! Very helpful staff that spent the time to walk through the property and its amenities when we checked in. Simple but filling breakfast options, plus hot water and teas available all day long.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel was close to everything we could walk to restaurants and shops. The town was cute and historic with great scenic mountain views. We were able to park right outside the hotel. Breakfast was very nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We arrived late, Teresa was able to give us the details of the hotel and room by text since we had poor connection. Teresa was so nice and very helpful. The room was very nice and clean. The hotel is very quiet, and very well located. I wish we could stay longer.
