The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always greeting us with warm smiles and helpful tips. Their friendliness was exemplified when one staff member kindly offered us a ride in his personal car to the city, ensuring we didn’t miss our boat tour—a gesture we deeply appreciated. The shuttle service provided by the hotel was incredibly convenient, making trips to the city effortless and adding to the overall comfort of our stay. "Very convenient, large hotel with 50's decor. Recently refurbished except for the first floor that kept the original details.... which got us a junior suite (a living room and a bedroom and a fabulous view of the Bay of Naples.) Would recommend this hotel. "

"Lovely hotel with very friendly staff, super clean, and comfy beds. The hotel has a great roof terrace with incredible views across the bay over to Vesuvius. A really convenient location to easily access the main centre of Sorrento, and only a 5-10 minute walk to the station. It is close to one of the main roads through Sorrento so it’s not the quietest location when relaxing by the pool, but we didn’t notice any noise impact at night when sleeping. To note: to use the safe is an extra, so we didn’t. "
