"Here's the deal with this hotel-- the owner is running it on his own, and clearly working hard to do so. He really went out of his way to help us out in a pinch. We ended up booking this space last minute when our flight out of Jamaica was cancelled and we needed a place to stay in Montego Bay for the night. This lodging is near the airport. "I had a very pleasant stay here at the Grand Palladium. The service and hotel was absolutely amazing. Everyone was very friendly. My only drawback was the TravelClub presentation. I felt forced to attend and I did not like that. When we didnt agree to joining the club, our guide Travis became unfriendly. I dont come on vacation to attend meetings and then made to feel bad when I dont agree. They should really think about the travelers time and be more mindful on how they handle oppositions....

"This was a vary nice resort, friently staff, amazing restaurants, good pools, beach, and drinks from the bars. The only restaurant that was lacking was the lunch buffett which we only eat at due to a storm forcing us indoors. The activities desk people were good, informative, and super convenient being located in each building. The only real issue was the music they played most of the time, rather then Caribbean drum music they played rap, R&B, and sumilar music with the F word, the N word, and similar. I do not think this represents their brand in a good light, especially when there are young kids around the pool. We would stay here again. "
