"The rooms are beautiful. Staff is amazing. Breakfast was superb. Comfy beds and amazing pillows. The location is walking distance to everything! We walked everywhere. Just wish it had an elevator. Way too many steep stairs for a senior citizen. Thankful staff carried our bags up and down for us. Knowing this, try to request the lowest floor."

"The check in with 2 different codes was horrible. The Room was very small , many steps in the 2nd or 3rd floor. We saw the staff only at breakfast, she was not very friendly"
