"The apartment is very spacious with a comfortable and well equipped Kitchen. The location of the apartment could not be more centrally located in the downtown of Palermo: only 100 feet from Quattro canti square and a short ealk to the Ballaro market. Downstairs, along Cia Vittorio Emmanuele there is a very welcomong bar were we enjoyed espresso drinks every morning and delicious makef goods"

"The hotel is clean, but the rooms are outdated. It is close to via Roma and other areas of the Centro historico. It is close to Ballaro market. It did feel a bit unsafe to walk late at night. The staff is nice and friendly. There is breakfast but I did not get the chance to have it. The room is spacious and bedding comfortable. "

"I booked 3 double bed rooms for 3 couples. When we arrived we were directed to a different building which looked like a convent. It looked nothing like the photographs on the website. I went back down and questioned the man at the desk and was told that there was trouble with the water lines. We were unable to get the air conditioner to turn on. I went back down and asked for the remote control and was told that the unit comes on automatically at 20:00. I asked about a discount and was told...
