This was an unexpected gem! The hotel can be hard to find if you don’t contact the property before arrival, so make sure you do that to have an easy check in. Breakfast was always good and the breakfast room was gorgeous! So close to everything we wanted to see. Staff were so kind and helpful.

A really lovely basic hotel. Great location, and in a wonderful Courtyard. Clean rooms, and linen changed every day. Needed the air con - so always had a good night's sleep. Friendly and helpful staff - and provided a generous breakfast. A simple delight!

Hotel was very difficult to locate and entry impossible if one hadn't communicated with staff i hour previously which we didn't because of traveling with no phone wifi. It was located in a historic large courtyard and building along with other apartments etc. up several flights and yet the room itself was whitewashed and cell like with no atmosphere and no available windows to open. There was air conditioning and breakfast was good but had to request a hairdryer which wasn't in the room and wifi had to be changed to get service. I was mainly disappointed in its total lack of ambience - and it was my first impression of Palermo.

Good central location, comphy beds, quiet and staff (Ariful) were excellent, friendly and helpful. The air conditioning unit in the first room was not working properly and we had to move room. Also, shower drainage not built properly and whole bathroom gets completely soaked with water after the shower (and no additional drains to get rid of this water), which leaks into the bedroom.

Interesting location in a crumbling old palazzo. The entrance is a bit intimidating but the hotel inside is basic but fine. Friendly and good location. Cooking smells were a bit strong, and breakfast was very basic, but overall a good experience.

The hotel's exterior is unassuming, with not much clear signage, but the inside courtyard is nice. The rooms were large and clean, and the external separate bathroom was nicely appointed. For a budget stay, I definitely recommend.
