"The hotel itself was great, HOWEVER, please beware that if you need food or necessities, it does not appear safe to walk around this neighborhoood. There was a pupusa and a taco vendor across the street, which is amazing, but other than that, it's in a pretty sketchy area. The hotel staff is awesome. There was no microwave in the room, however staff was willing to reheat our food in their private microwave. The room was spacious enough for a quick one night stay. I would return, however I...

"We enjoyed our stay at the Knotts hotel. Our kids loved the pool and splash area (the pool was heated) which was a plus for us. They have a restaurant, bar area (for the parents) and a fitness center. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel just went through a complete renovation as well, so everything was pretty much new. It is also very close to the theme park entrance and the Knotts shops. We will definitely be back with our family. "

"The hotel was clean, staff supportive, and the location cannot be beat. I have never stayed in such a nice university hotel (don’t even want to talk about NYU). Two thoughts though: some dining locations were closed for the summer, which was inconvenient, and also, why were all the floors so slippery?! Even the hallway carpet. Very strange. But 10/10 would stay here again! "
