"The hotel is very beautiful and unique. The cleaning staff and the restaurant staff were very friendly, the front desk staff was okay, some were nice and some had a bad attitude. There is a party by the pool area almost every night, it didn’t bother us as much since we went to sleep late anyways but I could see it being a bit frustrating for people who need the quiet to sleep. They do have nicer rooms that further away from the main pool which can provide additional privacy and quietness....

"Overnight stay to visit Venice. Booked two rooms at this hotel last minute. Beautiful hotel spread over large, manicured grounds. Rooms were large and well equipped. Only complaint -- the shower was broken and we didn't discover it until morning when we were getting ready to leave. Also, the warming bins at breakfast weren't working so eggs, bacon, etc were cold."
