Ein Hotel das seit 120 Jahren besteht mit sehr freundlichem Personal, schönen und sauberen Zimmern und einem Top Frühstück welches zu dem noch an den Tisch serviert wird. Ein toller Ort wenn man Venedig und die Lagune erleben möchte. Immer wieder!

The exterior of the hotel is very pretty and the inside is modern. The staff is not very helpful. The island is Lido is an older crowd which we loved because it kept it quiet and peaceful. However, we felt a bit judged by the hotel management due to our age (in our 30’s) and didn’t feel any hospitality. It was a good hotel and convenient to San Marco but not sure it’s worth the cost due to hospitality and general lack of kindness of the locals.

Beautiful Hotel, has a vibe that takes you back to a more glamorous, bygone era. Lovely staff and we would definitely return again. Close to all amenities, easy access via the vaporetto to St Marks square. The rooms were clean and comfortable and very quiet.

Very helpful and friendly reception desk staff and concierge service! Large room with many amenities. Hotel is very conveniently located close to the Elizabetta Vaporetto station. My only negative remark concerns the stupid (!) automatic light switch in the bathroom, which always turns on the lights at night when somebody in the double bedroom gets up at night to go to the bathrroom, separated from the bedroom only with a see-through glass wall(!!). But that seems to be a complaint often raised with the hotel. Management should consider to replace all such swiitches in the bathrooms a.s.a.p.

Nice peaceful respite from the businesses of the main island. Cool Hollywood movie star theme on the inside and beautiful historic feel on the outside. I think every time I walked up the the hotel someone was taking a picture of it. Our triple room had plenty of space for 3 including a true king sized bed. The shower and bathroom were excellent much more American sized than European, very nice not to bump into a wall every time I turned. The pool deck is calm and had plenty of space. Staff was extremely helpful and everyone easily spoke English with us.

Beautiful property beautiful staff Fabio, Ivan, If , and the blonde at the front desk incredible service ! Rooftop restaurant was fabulous with incredible views ! Pool staff also amazing ! we also had a room at the front of the hotel and had the pleasure of a private quartet and opera singing below our room on our last night !! Will be going back for sure 🇮🇹❤️

This hotel was such an amazing find! We loved every second of our stay, so we decided to extend it by two more nights! Everyone we met on the staff at the front desk, restaurants/bars, and on the maid service were so kind, welcoming, and helpful. We felt absolutely pampered! We had a rough travel journey and were immediately greeted with much needed ice cold lemon water and someone to carry our bags to our room. We got a tour of the property where the restaurants and amenities were explained, as well as details about our room and the complimentary drinks that are provided as each day. Not that this is a huge thing, but this is the first hotel I have stayed at where someone has been fully transparent about cost of mini bar/snack items in the room. So refreshing! The maid service is amazing. Every time we came back to our room our beds were made and we had fresh towels. This summer is SO hot, and our room (and the property overall) has the best air conditioning we’ve felt since being here! The pool is beautiful too! Very relaxing! We wish it was open a bit later in the evening because we enjoy it so much! I can’t recommend this hotel enough. We will most definitely be returning for further stays in the area! Thank you so much everyone for everything! You have truly made this an experience to remember :)

This hotel was above and beyond what we expected! It was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was amazing. The pool was well kept. The service at the pool and food were amazing as well. The rooftop patio is absolutely beautiful at sunset! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Lido!

What a fabulous hotel. We loved the room, gorgeous comfy bed, great ac, absolutely spotless. The breakfast was lovely - such a huge selection. We particularly liked the enormous fruit platter. The pool was brilliant, especially as it was so hot and the roof restaurant was magical with its view of Venice. The staff were so helpful - couldn’t do enough for us. The whole place was enchanting.

What a beautiful hotel and could not be in a better location! Pool was a fantastic space in the hot July sun and the staff could not have been more helpful. Room was immaculate and modern and we were upgraded to a junior suite too which was fabulous. We would definitely recommend and will stay again!

Hotel is very lovely and clean. Staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was great and dinner was delicious. We did not have lunch at the hotel because we were out and about. A big shout out goes to the staff at reception desk, they were accommodating to our checkout needs.
