Instead of traditional phones, the hotel uses a modern system with QR code you just scan and fill out a Google form if you need anything. I requested bathroom slippers and an iron, and both were delivered quickly. You can even request a kettle if you’re a tea drinker. The room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and a clean, modern setup. The only thing to note is that it’s not located directly in the city center, but it’s very close to public transportation (bus and tram stops nearby), so getting around was easy. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, a great value and a friendly, helpful staff I would definitely stay again! "
