"The start was excellent, friendly and helpful. The location was great (close to the palace and public transportation). We visited in Spring, the weather was cold outside but the temperature in the rooms was set too high, we could not seem to get it lowered in the room."

"Location wise it's pretty good walking distance from train stops and some museums.The only problem I had is the aircon not working so I need to open my window, the only downside is the noise coming from outside. In addition in would be nice if there is kettle in every room. Clean room and good staff"
