"My stay with this hotel was nothing short of being excellent. I must comment on all the staff,especially the Manager, Erika. She has excellent customer service,knowlegable, friendly and Erika went above and beyond on her call of duties. Because of her excellent customer service, my stay in this hotel has been excetional pleasant and wonderful. All staff at this hotel are always willing to answer all the quires and provided exceptional service. I will come back to this hotel whenever I am in Vienna. Thankyou for making my stay here an unforgettable and memorable one. "

"We went to Vienna for 3 days and wasn’t sure if we did the right thing by choosing this location. But we could cover most of areas because of the location of the hotel. Very central but not so crowded. Bed was comfortable. Sofa bed was not so, asked them for additional cushion on the sofa bed which was addressed immediately. The lady at reception was very helpful advising us on best transport options to visit places. The guy at the bar was super helpful as well. Extremely pleased with the spread and variety of breakfast. The freshly squeezed orange juice is a must have of this hotel. Will definitely recommend and if I ever come to Vienna again will stay here"
