The hotel is convenient to the Westbahnhof railway station and was easy to find late at night. Also convenient to the Metro and Trams and the Airport Bus. Mariahilfer Strasse, a main pedestrian and shopping area, is a five minute walk away. The bathroom was finished in gleaming white tile and the shower was a good size.

Plus points of hotels - good location , close to train and major attractions. Breakfast for 15 euros , clean room , helpful staff , free coffee and water To be improved - wash basin worn out and broken , no aircondition was ON during Oct month , bathroom tub height is too much and may be difficult for elderly people with less mobility to get in and out , water gets outside when shower - to be careful Or shower curtains to be added or else will flood the bathroom.

The staff was great. So helpful. The location is just a few minutes from the historic center but there is plenty of public transportation near this area. I honestly walked many times to this location from the historic center. My TV did not work and I did report that. I appreciated the complimentary coffee machine. The bathroom was nice and large and remodeled. The bed was very comfortable. The price was great. I really enjoyed my stay here and only wish that I had been able to extend it one more night but they did not have rooms.

Location is so great, you can take train, bus etc. stops are like 2minutes away. You can easily take train to Bratislava. Shops and restaurants are near too. Breakfeast was ok and hotel is clean. Elevetor is too small for two so you need to take stairs often.

Room was a good size for a solo traveller, air conditioning leaked water all night, this did become annoying and i had to put a towel on the floor to soak up the water. It was obvious this has happened before as the floor was quite soft in this area. Good location round the corner from the train station with easy transport links into the city. Breakfast was ok

A good spot for catching the train, and seeing sights. I would recommend getting a bus pass if you don’t feel like walking a long ways. The 1 star loss is because of how much you can hear the other rooms and clunky lock system. I always hate when there’s no secondary lock on the door since idk who on staff have keys.

Very friendly and comfortable hotel

This was already my third stay here. I find the price quality to be fair. The beds are very comfy, the shower has a lot of pressure and hot water, everything is always well cleaned, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast doesn’t disappoint. Just a couple of minutes from west Bahnhof, so it has a very convenient location.

Showers are very small, elevator is tiny and claustrophobic but people there were very nice. Close to big train station is good. Breakfast was very good!
