"The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Excellent location and the free amenities were great touch! The staff were so friendly and helpful, I would return to stay here again!"

"Tiny room , good location , breakfast wasn’t very good, not many option. The whole restaurant only one coffee machine. There is long queue for coffee between 8-9am for the breakfast. "

"Overall it was ok. The staff upfront was a bit tense. I asked politely for a towel and that was a bit of an issue for some reason. They clean only 3 days which is fine. You have to notify them if you would like your room clean. The "Breakfast" was just a pancake machine, a few snacks and some drinks, nothing special. It was free, cant complain. The space was small. The bed was not to comfy. overall for how much i payed i was expecting more. I understand its sakura season but even then other hotels were not as expensive as this one. Just got it because it was the closest to tokyo station and it was my first time coming to Japan. But now cant really recommend here. Unless they have a deal going on probably wont be booking. "

"Quiet rooms. Typical room size for Japan, with well placed conveniences in room. Walk to Tsukiji market area and several local places to eat. Lawson’s and 7-eleven across the street"

"Similar to many Tokyo stays it is a very small space for the price with no windows. Simply a place to sleep. "

"Room was extremely small, facilities were old. I wanted to use the laundry machine but someone had left clothes in it for a long time, so I asked the staff if they could move the clothes which they agreed to do, but made me wait quite awhile until they actually did it, and when they did, they acted angry at having to do so. Cannot recommend."

"Nice breakfast, was a package set included in the cafe based at the bottom of the hotel (maybe about a 6 dollar value per person), the hotel is really well located and easy to arrive to. The only thing is that it feels a bit outdated, but I had a comfortable stay. We got two rooms with 2 twin beds, one room was larger than the other - the larger room was a comfortable stay"

"Room very clean efficient little small for 2 people with big suitcases. Staff really polite and willing to help with anything you want. I do not have car I did not use the pool."
