"The breakfast is not buffet style. It is served at a coffea shop in the same building. It is one big coffea and a breakfast sandwich + small yogourt. It is good. If you can choose a room with two beds, you will end up with more space."

"I stayed here a few months ago and had a completely different experience. My stay this time was not as great. Room was more worn. Staff who checked me in was very dismissive and felt like I was rushed through everything. I know I joined their Fujita membership club during my last stay but he “skipped” the screen to scan my QR code. This meant I didn’t get my free drink and late check out for this stay. When I tried to tell him that I was a member he said “thank you” but didn’t do anything else. I was not happy. Besides that, location in Ginza is great. "

"Room was small, but had a bit more space than other hotels we stayed in Japan. Bathroom was a sufficient size for us and had a clothes line that you could use in the bath which was helpful for drying laundry. Liked that the bathroom light and room light had a dimmer on it. Good location about a 10-15 minute walk from Tokyo Station. Staff were nice. Would stay here again."
