"Perfect location on the beach...we didn't leave for anything but coffee and food. Staff was awesome and super attentive. We will be back. We did let the property management company know that there was a leak in the master bath water closet (looks like it had been going on for a while), the living room TV subwoofer speaker was blown and the phone in the master didn't work. Other than that, it was perfect."

"Very impressed with the property. Would recommend only one improvement: We had 4 senior adults join us for dinner and conversation. The furnishings - table for only 4, uncomfortable couches - do not really accommodate this type of group visit. Recommend furniture upgrade/rearrangement."

"It was very nice apartment, looked brand new. Had lots of comfort items to make it feel like home. Little things that didn’t affect my rating: shower conditioner and body weren’t refilled for our stay so ran out on day 2; we were only given 2 days worth of coffee for a 4-day stay; the master shower and sink vomited up sewage and we had to get maintenance and cleaning to fix it which was a several hour process; the property was way too crowded, especially the pools. Otherwise we had a great time...

"Our stay at Mesa Bella was beyond words. The entire property was beautiful and so much more than I expected. We brought a large group of students to attend a video production competition, and the house was absolutely perfect. Mark, one of the owners, was wonderful. He was attentive and responsive and even helped us with a story. Jose, the security head, was professional, made us feel at home, and most of all kept us safe. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in a beautiful...

"Had a good time at the place"

"We weren’t sure what to expect but this was a great place to stay with a family! We were wanting to go camping but after 4 failed attempts near there, we ended up camping at the San Clemente Inn. We even made s’mores on the stove in the room. Room had a separate bedroom and two Murphy beds, which was great for us. The kids loved the pool/jacuzzi. They have a rec room as well. Beach is maybe 10 minute walk away. We’d definitely stay again. "
