This vacation home features furniture and decor that perfectly exudes a transitional French feel to an indoor and outdoor living spaces.
Huge, beautiful downstairs master suite with fireplace, bathroom, soaking free standing bath tub, shower, sitting/working area and a walk-in closet with floor-to-ceiling organizers.
Three remaining expansive bedrooms have shared full bathroom upstairs. One bedroom has soaring cathedral ceilings and a ceiling fan.
Kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch, top of the line stainless steel appliances, kitchenware, spice rack and coffee/tea stations. Large French door refrigerator provide an ample of space for food storage while induction cooktop is fast, precise way for food preparation and safe for all ages.
Family room features a L-shaped leather power reclining sectional sofa and a smart TV with HBO Max, Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV, Amazon Prime and Hulu streaming services. The room opens to the elegant dining area with it impressive see-through fire place with a wet bar table and 8-person dining table and chairs in the dining room.
Living room with fireplace leather power reclining sofa opens to a large kitchen with a bar table and a 6-person dining table and chairs. Sliding glass door create seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces.
Atrium located in the middle of the home and features a arch wood double hammock.

Great family getaway in Mission Viejo - Highly Recommend
My wife, three pre-teen daughters, and I had a very enjoyable stay at this home. Dmitriy and Eva were wonderful hosts. My children had a blast playing in the pool every day and one of my favorite activities was reading a book under the stars while relaxing in the attached hot tub.
The home is located in a quiet neighborhood close to Lake Mission Viejo, which allowed for bike rides and walks around the lake. The home is a ~30 minute drive to several top beach destinations such as Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, and Dana Point. The hosts also provided access to beach chairs, beach umbrella, and towels, which came in very handy for our trips to beach.
The WiFi signal was strong enough for five people to be using simultaneously with no issues whatsoever, and we also had access to Netflix and Amazon Prime entertainment.
The home was very clean when we arrived and there were plenty of sheets, blankets, and cleaning supplies for our use during the stay.
Overall it was a great experience. Thank you Dmitriy and Eva!

Great Location
With the exception of heightened anxiety of being away from home for two weeks during the initial statewide shutdown due to Covid 19 I would say the place was as we expected and hoped from the listing. We would consider seeing if we could stay as guests again in the future.
