"One parent and three teenagers in town for college tours. The location was “20” minutes via uber which was great. Everyone had room to decompress at the end of the day. Showers were great and beds were super comfortable. We will strongly consider staying there again for our next visit. "

"The beds and decor are lovely. The house itself is quite old and smells a little musty/moldy. But everything you need is there: lots of pillows, towels, soap, kitchen items, etc. "

"Loved staying here! The house was nice, location is also good if you don't want to rent a car. Lots of stairs, so that got a bit old after long days of walking. Can get crowded at full capacity, as some of the beds are roll away cots.I am not sure where some of them could have gone if we had more people. "

"I rented 2 units in this building to accommodate a group of 6 friends who were in town for a university event. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for us, and it was great to have a common area where we could all hang out and catch up on life. "We stayed at this vrbo while attending a biomedical research conference taking place at the Hilton crowne plaza. The Carriage house is tucked away on private street in beautiful Brookline. It is quiet and peaceful. The place is very close to Emerald Necklace and Jamaica Pond - it is a gorgeous area! The house, rooms, bathrooms, and linens were all clean. The kitchen was functional.
