"Absolutely gorgeous cottage by the lake. It was perfect for our family of 6 that doesn’t want to rent 2 hotel rooms with a view of nothing special. Definitely felt like a family cottage rather than just a rental property. "

"This house provided just the right space for our family trip for 7 adults. The spacious upstairs kitchen/dining/living space (plus front deck) was where we spent most of our time - cooking, playing games, and relaxing. The beach was a very short walk, and never crowded! Groceries were an easy drive away, and if we had wanted to take in more adventures on the Cape we easily could have - but we were mostly happy to spend our time at the house and on Sagamore Beach. "

"There’s no A/C in the property and the description, although technically correct, doesn’t point that out. There are plenty of TVs, about in every room, and in the living room, but no directions on how they work. Directions would have been nice. The location is superb, and we enjoyed the use of the kayaks, paddling around the bay on a calm morning. That was very enjoyable. I’d go there again, but if I had the choice on dates, I’d go when it was a cooler time of year."

"This home and yard are bigger than I thought they would be looking at the pictures, making this property perfect for hosting a large group. Ample space in the bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, and kitchen is fully equipped. Also the huge mudroom was a surprise favorite feature of ours - great for keeping everything organized and out of the main living areas. The pool was amazing and the yard behind is large, perfect for hosting outdoor activities. The location centers you between tons of fun local...

"Easy drive from 195 to a beach property you will enjoy. Quiet sunny deck will greet you to a beautiful ocean view. Air conditioned was just right on arrival. You really couldn't go wrong with this property. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Kids will thoroughly love the beach park one block away. Your next visit to this area consider this property. You will be satisfied."
