"Well that was a pleasant surprise. I lived in Ptown for many years. We always looked down our noses at the Holiday Inn at the end of town. Here I was, 20 years later with kids and in need of a hotel with a pool, parking, and two queen beds. The pics looked great. So did the reviews, so I made a reservation. WHAT A DELIGHT. "There was hair on the pillow. There was hair on the towels. There was hair on the bathroom floor. I had the front desk clerk come and change the sheets because there was a stain of dirt on the sheets. When you pulled back the covers. I was exhausted when I arrived and just didn't have the energy to go to a different hotel. The photographs are misleading. Do not stay at this hotel. I paid $300 a night and it was a complete total rip-off. It was worse than motel 6. It should have been $69 a night!"

"Room was very nice, layout well thought out, clean, very comfortable, bright, and airy. Appeared to be newly renovated. Staff were friendly. The only negative was that the pool was not open yet. We would happily stay here again next year."

"The owner was helpful and friendly. The place was so unique and interesting. It’s amazing how they were able to convert a church into a lovely inn using all the original woodwork. Our room was large and had original stained glass windows. My husband and I plan to return."

"We stayed at Daniel Webster Inn for our 50th wedding anniversary. It was a wonderful stay. My favorite is the beautiful gardens. Our service from Brian made eating in the dining room so special. Everyone we encountered from the staff were friendly and welcoming. The dinners we had were delicious. Our room 27 was beautiful and clean. I loved our little balcony overlooking the trees. "This was the perfect choice for us. We knew we would be driving to different areas of Cape Cod and day tripping to Martha’s Vineyard, so quaint/walkable wasn’t the priority. The staff was super welcoming and helpful, room was immaculate, spacious, comfortable bed, balcony for fresh air…great food on site which we took to go to relax in the room after a long day traversing MV. It’s too new for tons of reviews, but don’t let that stop you, grab it while you can!"

"Extremely thin walls & heard every step from floor above. Old air conditioning sounds like a jet taking off with occasional bangs as it shuts on & off. Upon arrival, we found the sheets so dirty that there was still a lipstick stain on 1 bed & remnants of a string cheese wrapper in the other. Looking at numerous other reviews, they clearly have a pattern of not changing sheets between customers. The floors also looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in quite a long time.
