The staff were amazing. When I got into my room the toilet was clogged. The woman at the front desk came and unclogged it seeing maintenance had gone home for the day. The toilet was fine for a few flushes then clogged again. The water in the bathroom turned off multiple times while washing my hands. Everything seemed clean those were my only issues. I would stay here again I think it was just my room that had issues.

Amazing facility. Clean, organized and modern. Desiree Sweals, who checked us in deserves a raise. She was working solo and did an excellent job with everyone. She was checking people in, doing laundry, taking people whatever they were lacking in their rooms. She is awesome!

It was a good pass time at home2suite and the service was perfect, spacious room good cleaning, nice bedroom but at the checking in they did not share with us the flyers containing information about the end time of breakfast that’s why we missed our breakfast. Otherwise everything is okay

Large rooms and friendly staff. Only 1 towel in the room. 2 bottles of conditioner with no shampoo and really poor water pressure. Overall it was a fine place to stay overnight, but not anywhere I’d rush back to. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the hall and surrounding rooms

I was on the ground floor and had to complain three times about the people above me, I actually thought the hotel was undergoing construction at one point as it was so loud. People I was on zoom meeting with could even hear it and it was impossible to sleep some nights. The hotel is supposed to have quiet hours but they just ignored it and when I complained to the front desk i was told there was nothing they could do. The shower door leaked, the tv in the bedroom had no internet so couldn't get Netflix or a tv guide, the full length mirror was outside the bathroom in the bedroom wedged behind a table and the room had wall switches that did nothing and no main light in the bedroom. The blinds were also full of holes. Shame really as I've stayed here a few times before and visit the area often but ever since the place was used to house refugees and closed to the public for a year it seems to have been ruined. I spend thousands of dollars on hotels each year in this area and this place really isn't worth it
