"The property was very well maintained and the owner was very helpful. Easy parking and very walkable distance to downtown area. The only thing we didn't like was the placement of the tp holder but their isnt much they can do with the limited space. Overall very happy with the visit and would recommend to anyone."

"We stayed for a week with extended family to celebrate Thanksgiving in Boston. This property was great! We served many big meals, had a very well equipped kitchen. One thing to note is the upstairs room with the futon in it is a pass-through room that two other bedrooms open into, we had a teenager sleeping in there, and it was fine, but not much privacy. Compared to many other Boston properties, the stairs are not too steep, and not too narrow, which was great for my in-laws. Would love to...

"The Quiet Single Family House was the perfect place to stay for our group of a mom and 3 college-aged girls. We had plenty of space, the home was very clean and comfortable, and we were central to everything we wanted to do in the area. The neighborhood was peaceful and it wasn’t far to restaurants and grocery stores. "Finding this hotel was the greatest part of my trip with my boyfriend. It was in a convenient location that was walkable to places I was visiting and it wasn’t hectic like downtown Boston is. We enjoyed our stay very much, even with the shared restroom concept. It worked well and they were never dirty."
