"The condo is exactly as pictured. The bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent. It requires walking up three flights of stairs, but my wife and I had no problem even though we are in our late 60s. There was a grocery store and liquor store a few blocks away, and the subway is just a 10 minute walk. I do recommend using Uber, which I found quite affordable. Our host Gary was very responsive to any questions we had. We had a great visit! The neighborhood was very nice."

"Very clean well maintained house! When we arrived I was skeptical from the outside but this place is so nice inside. Very clean, all brand new appliances. We stayed 4 days and never got in the car to drive anywhere . Every attraction is within walking distance . The only thing I would say is it’s very tricky to understand how to get in but once you understand it fine ."

It is clean, quiet, and located about a 15-20 minute walk from the newbury beach and a 10 minute drive to downtown Newburyport. We were attending my daughter's college graduation and it gave us a place to stay close enough to Boston but outside of all the noise and congestion."
