"Loved this place. Great location and it was a very quiet space (though I did go and off-season at the beginning of May). Stove and microwave took some getting used to, and I didn’t use the oven, but the kitchen was great. It’s a small space, and the loft is open to the living area so it’s best for a couple that goes to bed at the same time or someone traveling solo. Wish they had a fire pit, but the space was great."

"We find that renting a house is more economical and comfortable than staying at hotels, and this property did not disappoint. We can for a college graduation, and were able to have a small gathering of friends and family after the graduation. "We had a terrific stay for 4 days/3 nights. The newly remodeled kitchen is awesome, with a large island and new KitchenAid appliances. It is well stocked with pots and pans, coffee maker, Keurig (the cups and creamers were appreciated!), toaster, blender, and plenty of plates and cups. There are nice TV's in every BR with Roku and a large-screen TV in the living room. "Stayed in Marblehead for a Celebration of Life. The house was comfortable, had a large yard for the kids to play in and the 1 year old learned to climb stairs (totally his option LOL), Rooms are larger than you expect and plenty of room to find your own space. I would recommend it for a family and it is pet friendly. Thanks Bill for letting us stay there."
