"The hotel overall is a great experience and is always a pleasure to stay at. The main tower rooms are limited with electrical outlets and the showers are not well built and maintained. Water always ends up on the floor and in the room which I was in, mold was visible in the shower tiles and the grout had chipped away in some areas. "

"We had a wonderful time at this hotel! The staff was so welcoming and helpful. We booked one of the city view corner suites, which had a great view, including a view of the Tokyo Tower. The breakfast buffet was affordable and delicious. The location was convenient and close to a metro station. There was a gym but it only had cardio equipment. Also a coin laundry would have been nice, but there are multiple coin laundry stores close by. In the afternoons they have free wine and beverages in their relaxation room. Overall a great experience!"
