We were extremely well received at the Executive reception. The view of the Skytree from our room was wonderful. The view from the Exec Lounge was even beter and the service was first class. The room was lovely with all amenities. Breakfast was good and as we were leaving early on the Wednesday they left us a lovely selection of buns and croissants for the trip to the airport. Wonderful view, hence the name. Spacious, comfortable, clean and serene stay. Check out the lounge on the top floor, Hanabi, and enjoy. Our third stay, we are looking forward to see you again soon.

Everything was absolutely magnificent!! But if you’re a picky sleeper (like me) the beds are uncomfortable and the pillows like stones 😵‍💫 After that - great location, great food and great staff!

This hotel is excellent for getting to/from the airport with Airport Limousine bus right outside. The staff were also exceptionally friendly and helpful. The only thing that let down my stay was that the shower didn’t work properly - it sprayed all over the room or the wall but not on me! A simple thing to notice I would think.

The entire property was very well maintained. The staff were exceptional! Our reservation included breakfast, which was a plus. If I find myself in Asakusa again, this is where I’m staying.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We stayed in the executive rooms and they were amazing! From check in to check out, we had an amazing stay! The breakfast buffet was delightful. The service, top notch! It was in a great area, so close to so many places we wanted to go to. The happy hour that came with staying in the executive rooms was so nice! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I really enjoyed my stay in Asakusa. The hotel was very well maintained, clean, and quiet, which made it a comfortable place to relax after exploring Tokyo. The view from the hotel was excellent, and I especially enjoyed the breakfast, with a good selection and consistently high quality. The staff were always friendly, professional, and very helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would be happy to stay here again on a future visit to Tokyo.
