"After an initially bumpy start, this turned out to be a great stay! The check in process can be confusing. I had let the hotel know I would be checking in around 8.30 pm and to hold my room for me. In response I received a registration form, and authorized $100 on my credit card for incidental expenses. I was all checked in with a wallet pass-my room key being added later so I wouldn't need to go to the front desk. Great! I'm all set - but when I arrived the wallet pass wasn't showing the key so I had to go the desk anyway. No big deal. I was given room # 301. This room is right next to the 2 elevator doors. Literally 2 feet away and the room was very noisy with city sounds. I went downstairs to ask if I could have a different room due to these two reasons and was told it was impossible, The hotel was fully booked and there were no other options, Another person at the front desk suggested I come down first thing the next morning to see if anything had opened up. I was grateful to her for that idea. It was a pretty awful night: people using the elevator and doors opening and closing, and a lot of traffic/sirens/construction(?) noises. I did not sleep well. I went to the front desk early and Maya took care of me! I explained the situation and that I was hoping for a room reassignment and she took care of it right away! I was given a much quieter room, and it was bigger too! I slept really well that night and I am very grateful to Maya for all of her help! Avoid any room #01."

"The staff was friendly. Check in fast and efficient. The property appears very clean, and comfortable with plenty of parking. It's in walking distance of restaurants, gas stations, and the Mall. I also enjoyed the full-sized pillows, and big screen tv! Breakfast was ordinary, but all in all the stay was great! I will definitely stay there again!"
