"Internet was poor, TV wasn’t working, restaurant was understaffed and food was cold. Had to request help each time we needed something. Poll was cold and so was jacuzzi. They don’t want to invest in a heat pump for spa. They use solar tubes to heat water so always Luke warm. Beautiful location but needs some training for staff to ensure customers feel important. "

Hotel Morales Historical & Colonial Downtown Core

"This location was extremely clean and every member of their staff was polite, patient (I speak very little Spanish), and helpful. The room I stayed in was huge compared to other rooms my friends were at in the same area and it was easy for me to get where I needed to be. I really enjoyed breakfast, talk about fine dining, and the spa was exactly what I needed. I'll be back for sure!"
