For the price the hotel was good We had an issue with the safe - didn’t work. Receptionist only speaks Spanish but we did communicate with the translator:) No refrigerator but I guess it wasn’t promised :)

Para el precio me parece adecuaudo el lugar, sin embargo el servicio de "buffete" no lo es, llegas y recigws tu plato de fruta si quieres, te sirven cafe o te y las opciones para desayunar son cereal, sandwich o totopos con salsa, todo esto está detras de una barra y te lo sirven, nl es autoservicio como un buffete real, si quieres huevos al gusto tienen un costo extra de $70 La cerdad es incomodo porque tienes que estar a merced de que te sirvan o te guste lo poco que hay, de lo contrario pagas o mejor (y lo recomiendo) vayan al restaurant que está en la esquina, se rllama "los chilaquiles" está muy lindo y se desayuna mucho mejor, y no es caro El internet no sirvió en toda mi estancia mas que la ultima noche y el ultimo dia La verdad es que si volviera a guadalajara, me hospedaria en otro lugar aunque fuera un pocoo mas costoso

No me gusto el hecho de que me dieran la única habitación que tenían disponible, cuando yo había hecho una reservación previa, argumentanto que como llegue tarde me dejaron la única que no funcionaba el aire acondcionado. Otra cosa que no me gusto fue la comida, ya que al hacer la reservación se dice que incluye desayuno el cual es demasiado austero, y la atención de las personas del comedor no es muy buena, demasiado malita. NO ES LO QUE OFRECEN !!!
