"The room we received was tiny and we had a kid with a broken foot so we had lots of handicapped gear that could barely fit. The rooms were dirty, the first room we received had actual garbage in it and towels everywhere. We were quickly switched out of that room but the next room was poorly cleaned as well. The gym was as lame as can be, the one stairmaster was broken. The breakfast was a poor mans continental. The pastries were nice but the eggs were only hardboiled. The fruit selection was so poor. "
