"We had a great stay at the home. Home is clean, cozy, and equipped as described. The proximity to the bay was amazing and the view from the porch was peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach as well. "

"We enjoyed this space during our stay. The porch is the perfect spot to stay cool & eat meals. We enjoyed fishing off the back dock and the sunsets over the canal. We even got to witness an amazing lightening storm at night over the water - beautiful! This property has a lot of amenities as compared to other VRBOS I have stayed. From spices, coffee, oils, laundry soap, baggies, beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, etc. The location was perfect in proximity to the beach. We drove to the front parking area each day and parked from there it was a 2 minute walk to the sand on the beach. We appreciated the closeness having brought little kids. If you choose this place knowing it will be similar to camping you will be happy. The outdoor shower was so convenient for helping keep sand out of the living areas and made the chore of cleaning children after the beach so much easier. The community was safe and everyone was kind that we had any interaction with. We cannot comment on the pool because we did not use it. Sandbridge was a wonderful little beach town to experience!"

"Unplanned and quick trip to Sandbridge. Susan worked with me in order to secure our stay so last minute. The unit is a bit snug for 2 adults and 2 young kids, but it worked out perfectly. We all slept very well! Very clean and anything extra we could possibly need was provided. LOVED that the pool and laundry room was directly across the street and literaly 15 steps out the door. Curbside trash pickup every morning was a big help. Very nice neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We really enjoyed our time at this property! The property itself is beautiful, and the chickens, geese, and pigs were adorable and fun to watch. Our pup loved running around the yard. We had a good time with the billiards table and the pool. My husband and son had a great time exploring the backwater in the kayaks. Angelique is a great host and was very quick to respond to our questions. There was a small issue with one of the couches that she remedied very quickly for us. Would definitely stay again!"

"What a fantastic spot for any occasion! Whether you're on vacation, staycation, or just having a small get-together, this place really feels like home away from home. Cathy thought of everything. She provided not just the essentials but also those little extras that make a big difference. I truly believe the little things matter, and she nailed it!We live locally, we rented this house for our daughter’s senior graduation get-together. We had family and friends coming in from all over, and it was perfect for keeping everyone together. Much better than renting a venue for just an hour or two!Cathy was super easy to talk to and really welcoming. The house was just what we needed and even more! Rent this home!
