Room was good, housekeeping was ok only issue was that room service trays were not taken at any moment of my stay. When i arrived it would have been nice to have someone show us to our room as it was midnight and 2 women walking outside to their rooms. It also didnt help that we were placed in a building where some boys sports team was staying. Lets just say it would have been better if we didnt have all the stench and noise throughout the halls.

This hotel is fantastic! The decor is really beautiful. The restaurant is so amazing and the food was absolutely delicious and affordable. The garden with lights and benches and colorful fountain are all so beautiful, especially at night. I highly recommend this place!

The property was beautiful! The decor in the main building was charming and inviting. Location to Regent University was perfect. The rooms were adequate. New carpet and paint in the rooms would be nice.

Room was very clean. They accidently overcharged are card but immediately reimbursed it and gave us breakfast/drink vouchers to compensate. The only complaint i may have is that the rooms look fancier in the pictures then they actually were.

we had a nice stay. we cane here for our wedding anniversary. we had a king room with fireplace, view from the window out to the gardens. the staff was very nice and helpful. A must try is the restaurant. We did room service and it got to us while it was hot. it was delicious and plentiful. I want the recipe for their potatoes which came with the shrimp basket. Also was the garden with walkways for a romantic walk around the lake.

The hotel was very pleasant and picturesque (especially the grounds). The rooms were lovely and spacious. However, I think the breakfast options could do with a bit of improvement (but the omelettes that are made fresh in front of you are lovely)

The room was a bit of a walk but the room was perfect! Staff was very friendly and helpful! For the restaurants, there are 2, one is fancy and beautiful and the other was regular fare food with a few menu items. Was really good! Wish they had Prime to watch football but our stay was short anyway. Beautiful location and have already recommended it!

This is a beautiful hotel with exceptional amenities. The hotel staff was terrific. They have a lovely restaurant with kind servers. A mother-and-son team works there—they were simply amazing!
