"The room was clean the well laid out - we had a suite. We enjoyed being in downtown Jordan with easy access to MTR and walking distance to tons of shops\restaurants\night market, all the fun stuff. The hotel itself had popular restaurants and a bar with tons of people enjoying these amidites. The hotel staff was friendly but they could not help us book a taxi van to the airport, we had to do it ourselves. We ended up just booking an Uber. We would definitely stay here again."

Check in staff were ok but it was late at night and they weren’t that helpful and struggled to understand a few things we asked. I was offered an upgrade by email the day before but on arrival the hotel was apparently fully booked. As an IHG member I expected better service."
