"When we got to our room, there was a sign attached to the mirror saying that they only do housekeeping every other day. Our reservations were for two nights. So the morning after we checked in, I called the front desk and requested housekeeping. I was told that they only do it every other day and I had checked in the day before so I would not have it until the next day. I said yes, but I am requesting it at 9 o’clock in the morning so you can have it on the list and please have housekeeping do...

"I couldnt even check in and the whole thing was sketchy."

"Great location by Central Square, close to Sonia Live and subway. Close to many restaurants. Very friendly staff. Pristinely clean hotel room. Free water bottles was a plus. Only thing missing was a microwave."

"Great lobby, nice rooms, kind staff"

"The room was clean and we had plenty of pillows. I parked my rental car in the lot easily and was able to leave it after we checked out to be able to explore the city more. Would stay here again!"

"Wonderful location with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Metro is just a few blocks away. Hotel is located near Berkeley College of Music and young adults were up until 1 pm. Then around 2 pm, intoxicated people were yelling. Despite double glazed windows, it was rather noisy even on the third floor. The outlets in our room were old and barely held a connection (even the light did not work until the plug was supported). No appliances (e.g. refrigerator), but this turned out not to...

"Old looking motel. Clean and it worked for what we needed. Breakfast was ok but very busy. Shuttle driver was friendly and service was efficient. Morning desk staff could use some training."

"فندق رائع وموقع مناسب"

"Charming historic building with modern room interiors and amenities, high quality linens/towels, and an easy walk to BSO, Northeastern University, and shopping."

"- I was expecting a very good room for the price, but I found out that the room was not what I expected. There’s a very loud noise coming from a part dedicated to either air conditioning or elevators ! It’s a machine sound kinda of thing. - I also asked the staff member about the dining area where I could sit and eat, he refers to floor 16th, I went and there’s nothing in there !! The staff need to understand that most of us chose this brand to enjoy some quality time. Unfortunately, the...

"Absolutely loved our stay. Good places to eat around and shop. Will def stay here again."

"Nice property, great location. Currently lots of construction at the hotel and across the street. I was awoken by huge equipment making a massive noise at 7:00am. They moved me to a room on the other side the next night which was quiet and nice."
