"Cristal from Al provided great customer service. We booked two double beds about five months ago, and unfortunately, somehow, it slipped in the Loews system. When we arrived, we were offered only one bed, a king-size bed with a mattress. Unfortunately, it would not work for us for many health and adult reasons. Anyhow, she immediately helped us out by getting us two normal beds. Thank you so much, Cristal! "

"This was a phenomenal place to stay during our trip to Atlanta. While the original room we were given was not what we originally booked (no kitchen), they more than made up for this the following day by upgrading our room. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is beautiful! The food in the attached speakeasy was delicious. "

"I chose this hotel with the intensions to be close to my finish line for the Peachtree Road Race 10k held locally. And boy did it not disappoint. It was less than ½ mile away from it and the beautiful Piedmont Park. You're also less than ¼ mile from the midtown of Peachtree that has local shops and restaurants. I want to thank Zee(front desk), and the two valet guys (Noah and Brent) for taking care of us, and being super friendly. I'm already registered for the Peachtree road race next year, and already booked this hotel again!"
