"Sort of need car but near Marta and easy to use. Near museums but better to walk in pairs downtown?"

"Super cute place! Staff were so friendly and helpful."

"The room was very comfortable as usual"

"Staff nice..decent room but not much room service. VERY STRANGE that the lobby was on 20th floor. Location had homeless sleeping right outside hotel and across from Marta... Good location for restaurants bars and near whole foods though. 3.5 rating as price was good"

"Lovely stay. Friendly and helpful staff! Even gave me champagne, chocolate and balloons for my birthday!! Convenient!!"

"Clean spacious room,"

"Checking in was underwhelming. They didn’t tell me anything useful and instead had a casual back and forth conversation between staff. Also, their AI texting needs work. Our tub took FOREVER to drain. A three minute shower collected inches of water. Their AI said they would send someone, but after a day of exploring the city we were disappointed to see that it had not been fixed. Also having your name as a welcome greeting is only a nice touch if the name is accurate 😂 After I pointed it out...

"Clean room and the restaurant"

"Nice hotel and very nice staff....no complaints"

"Check-in time was 3 PM at 6 PM our room was still not ready. I forgot to mention we got there early around 2 PM and our room wasn’t ready, but we was told that it would be ready by three and of course it wasn’t. We had the room with the panoramic views. One of the shades did not work. The windows needed cleaning. The valet parking area was really tight only one way in and one way out. I will say the view from the room was very nice and so is the location. Honestly, I will not stay there again...
