The Marta is bear by, only need to walk about 3 to 5 minutes. It is recommended to pay for parking by the day which is 21$ a day and you can go in and out. Different restaurants are near by and in walking distance."

"Cristal from Al provided great customer service. We booked two double beds about five months ago, and unfortunately, somehow, it slipped in the Loews system. When we arrived, we were offered only one bed, a king-size bed with a mattress. Unfortunately, it would not work for us for many health and adult reasons. Anyhow, she immediately helped us out by getting us two normal beds. Thank you so much, Cristal! "

While the original room we were given was not what we originally booked (no kitchen), they more than made up for this the following day by upgrading our room. The staff was very friendly.
