The location couldn’t have been better with an ice cream shop right next-door, pizza across the street and easy beach access onto the boardwalk just steps away! A bonus was the unit coming with two beach passes! Karl was amazing to work with. Any questions we had, he replied right away and we appreciated the late check out time on Sunday. "This place is amazing. We loved the neighborhood, comfy beds, and open living room/kitchen. Trains were not noisy, and rooftop was sweet (though we did have a rainy week, so couldn't use it a lot). 40 min drive or 60mins transit into Midtown, or a bit less to WTC area. Hosts are awesome, generous, and very responsive. "
