"For the price, this place was lcean, quiet and comfortable, best of all was the location. I ended up staying longer than expected, front desk very nice and was able to keep same room. "The manager, Dennis was a customer service professional who jump started my battery! We needed extra pillows, blankets and a hair dryer which he brought to our room in less than 5 minutes! We were so grateful. Room was ultra clean and beds were very comfortable. The room had a kitchen which we didn’t expect! We would stay there again. "

"I was blown away by how great the Imperial Stay was! It’s hard to find affordable accommodations in NYC that aren’t trashy. The Imperial Stay was affordable, but also clean and well organized. Host Fran does a great job making sure this is a pleasant place to stay. Will definitely look to stay here next time I am in the city."
