"The Inn keeper, Josh, was awesome and he met us when we arrived. Made us feel at home! Our room was clean and perfect! The overall home was in a perfect location, walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, shopping and dining choice's. The property was also very well maintained and clean. Josh made the most amazing waffles with fresh coffee each morning. Doug and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend to our friends. Thank you! "

"Don‘t book. It‘s not a hotel. If it exists at all, it’s a private accomodation in a private residential. We went there for check-in exactly at the right time given from the hotel and couldn‘t find it under the address. No sign, no bell, nobody picked up the phone for 30 min. We called Expedia. They couldn‘t reach the reception neither. Telephone number was in a different area code. Google showed another address under the name and it was the same problem. The neighborhood didn‘t look save. "I never stayed when I arrived at the place it was people who do drugs on the balcony and smoking drugs! I called the owner no response I text the owner no response! I called hotel.com that did nothing about it! I had to find another place in 30 minutes to stay at! "

"We hadden hier geboekt voor 2 nachten, na aankomst op JFK airport. Het adres klopte niet, niemand in de buurt had van dit hotel gehoord en toen we probeerden te bellen nam er niemand op. Toen we uiteindelijk na een uur iemand spraken werd ons gezegd dat er geen boeking was(ik had de bevestiging bij me) en werd de telefoon opgehangen. 22.00 in de avond met een gezin met baby, en geen overnachting na een lange vliegreis en autorit, en voor het eerst in de VS.. Echt vreselijk dit allemaal!"

"home was well laid out. queen bedroom and small bath on main level. two additional queen bedrooms and large bath second level. nice yard. bathrooms were stocked with toiletries and plenty of towels. kitchen very well stocked. the only issue was with the neighbors dogs barking very early in morning. i realize this is not the owner's fault, but quite annoying"

"I was blown away by how great the Imperial Stay was! It’s hard to find affordable accommodations in NYC that aren’t trashy. The Imperial Stay was affordable, but also clean and well organized. Host Fran does a great job making sure this is a pleasant place to stay. Will definitely look to stay here next time I am in the city."
