"Nice place, friendly staff. Except: for some reason there was no room service during my stay even though the front desk kept telling me that she would 'have the room service staff know' that I wanted to order. Later she told me that they weren't 'on the clock yet.' I couldn't come down to the restaurant because of my meeting lineup, and was relying on room service. I ended up just eating snacks in my room and went to bed without dinner."

"The room I was in looked alright but, for some reason it was so stuffy and warm in there! So I had to turn on the AC for that! Also beware, the place is infested with bugs and roaches!"

"Another Great Stay! This was my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, I had a wonderful experience! Everything was excellent, from the friendly and welcoming staff to the delicious breakfast. The hotel smells amazing, is very clean, well-maintained, and has great facilities. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back soon! Highly recommended!"

"It's a very nice and clean place. And very convenient ."

"Overall the hotel is new, clean and well maintained. Staff were nice, and helpful with anything we needed. The only minor complaint I would have is that when our room was cleaned, some things weren’t refilled. Coffee, toilet paper, etc. Minor inconvenience, not a big deal. Also, if you’re not driving, the hotel’s location makes it difficult to walk anywhere. There’s a freeway you can’t cross easily, and the other direction you cross a busy road but there are no stores or coffee shops nearby."

"The staff were polite and worked me and my needs from the moment I arrived till the last day! Great staff!"
